Lake Hills Golf Club has some of the longest running leagues in Billings and Montana suited to all levels of play. Tuesday and Thursday evening men's, Wednesday evening ladies, Tuesday morning ladies and Wednesday senior men's league.

The Lake Hills Men's Association was started in 1982 by a group of golfers interested in designing a league that would soon become a summer must play for many golfers in Billings. Since that time many players have come and gone but most have said there is no league quite like it. The league, which boasts 450-500 members, is played every Tuesday and Thursday night for 17 weeks beginning in late April and finishing with a league tourney at the end of the season.
